Anand Chhabra

Beginning as a lecturer, he worked as a Civil Servant in Indirect Tax administration and retired as the Chief Commissioner of Customs and GST. Throughout this journey, he recognized his strengths in interpersonal skills, a holistic approach, business process re-engineering, implementation, troubleshooting, innovation, thinking outside the box, and IT.
In the next phase, he served as a Facilitator with the Leadership Management International, US. Over the past twenty years, as a Director, Born To Win Learning Services, Anand has successfully implemented a unique process. The process that delivers Results on pre-identified Goals for the Indian enterprises. We enhance performance of the Human Capital through Attitude Transformation and Mindset Change.
He is an active member of Business Network International, a Fellow of the All India Management Association and a member of the Indian Society of Training & Development.
As a yoga practitioner, he shares his knowledge with others, explicitly emphasising the amelioration of backache and cervical problems. He is a keen networker and bridge player.
Anand has reinvented himself as a coach, catalyst for change and entrepreneur. Being result-oriented, he has focused on achieving personal and organisational goals. A proactive attitude has helped in being a catalyst for change. His strengths include thinking outside the box and expressing his thoughts precisely.
His first love has been training and helping the Young by sharing his experiences. That’s how he got into writing a series of books.
His first book is titled “The Power of Implementation: The Missing Link Between Corporate Training and Sales Targets.” It explains how the Born to Win process accomplishes the promised results for human capital performance and why it works effectively.
His second book, “Facets of Communication 360, " examines 38 communication concepts. Internalising this skill is essential for managing our lives, especially for young people.
